Grain straw is ground in three stages from large cross bales to approx. 1 mm fine straw flour and stored temporarily in silos. The machine is controlled centrally via PLC.
Water, cellulose and straw flour are mixed in a container using a dissolver agitator.
Computer-controlled production presses shape and dewater the material mass in an interplay of hydraulic pressure and vacuum.
The blanks are dried in drying chambers that are independently controlled by hygrometer switches.
