Retrupor is an environmentally friendly material based on renewable local raw materials (wheat straw), which are harvested and brought in by local companies using their own technology. Thick-walled 3-dimensional molded parts are produced from this material in a fully automated production process as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional padding materials.

Due to their high pressure stability, molded parts made from Retrupor are particularly suitable for pressure-resistant packaging solutions or stable molded parts for heavy products. The high density of Retrupor compared to conventional cushioning materials is offset by the high strength of the material. This means that smaller molded part cross-sections are necessary to ensure the required stability of the packaging.
